1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy ("Policy") applies to kingpg and governs the collection, use, storage, and disclosure of personal information provided by users ("you," "Player") of the kingpg platform, accessible at kingpg.win and all associated interfaces (collectively, the "Platform").

kingpg is committed to protecting the privacy of all players, particularly those in the Philippines, in accordance with Republic Act No. 10173, otherwise known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 ("DPA"), and its Implementing Rules and Regulations. 2. Data Controller

For the purposes of the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and applicable data protection legislation, kingpg acts as the Personal Information Controller (PIC) with respect to the personal data of its registered players.

• KYC Documentation: Photographs or scans of government-issued identification documents and proof of address submitted during identity verification.

When you access the kingpg Platform, we automatically collect certain technical data, including:

kingpg does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes. We may share your data with the following categories of recipients, strictly on a need-to-know basis:

• Payment Processors: GCash (GXI), Maya (Voyager Innovations), BPI, BDO, and other licensed Philippine payment service providers — for the purpose of processing transactions.
• Identity Verification Providers: Licensed KYC and AML compliance service providers used to verify player identity and screen against sanctions and watchlists.
• Regulatory Authorities: PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), the National Privacy Commission (NPC), and law enforcement agencies — where required by applicable law or court order.

7. Data Retention

kingpg retains personal data for the minimum period necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, subject to any longer retention periods required by Philippine law.

• Account Data: Retained for the duration of your active kingpg account, plus five (5) years following account closure — as required by AMLA record-keeping obligations.
• Transaction Records: Retained for ten (10) years from the date of each transaction, in compliance with AMLA requirements.
• KYC Documents: Retained for five (5) years following account closure or the last transaction, whichever is later.
• Customer Support Records: Retained for three (3) years from the date of the interaction.
• Marketing Consent Records: Retained for the duration of your consent and for three (3) years thereafter as evidence of consent.

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, personal data will be securely deleted or anonymized so that it can no longer be linked to any individual.

• Multi-Factor Authentication: Account logins from new devices require OTP verification to your registered Philippine mobile number.

• Fraud Detection Systems: Automated systems monitor login activity, transactions, and game patterns for anomalies indicating fraud or unauthorized access.
• Security Audits: The kingpg Platform undergoes regular security assessments and penetration testing by qualified third-party cybersecurity providers.

9. Your Data Rights

Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012, Filipino players have the following rights with respect to their personal data held by kingpg:

• Right to be Informed: The right to know what personal data kingpg collects and how it is processed — as set out in this Policy.
• Right of Access: The right to request a copy of the personal data kingpg holds about you.

10. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

10.1 What Are Cookies

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit the kingpg Platform. They enable the Platform to recognize your device, remember your preferences, and provide a more personalized experience.

10.2 Types of Cookies We Use

• Strictly Necessary Cookies: Required for the Platform to function correctly — including session authentication, security tokens, and login state management. These cannot be disabled.
• Performance Cookies: Collect anonymized data on how players use the Platform to help us improve page speed, navigation, and game loading performance.
• Functional Cookies: Remember your preferences such as language settings, preferred game categories, and responsible gaming tool configurations.

kingpg employs age verification procedures at the point of registration and during KYC checks to enforce this requirement. Any account found to be operated by a person under 21 will be immediately suspended.

12. International Data Transfers

In the course of providing the kingpg Platform, your personal data may be transferred to and processed in countries other than the Philippines — for example, where kingpg's cloud hosting or technology service providers operate internationally.

Where personal data is transferred outside the Philippines, kingpg ensures that such transfers are conducted in accordance with the requirements of the Data Privacy Act of 2012, including the use of appropriate safeguards such as contractual data protection agreements with receiving parties. kingpg does not transfer your personal data to countries that do not provide an adequate level of data protection without implementing additional protective measures.

13. Changes to This Privacy Policy

kingpg reserves the right to update or modify this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data practices, Platform features, or applicable law. When material changes are made, kingpg will notify registered players by email and/or through a prominent in-Platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this Policy indicates the date of the most recent revision. Your continued use of the kingpg Platform following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Policy.
