1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the kingpg platform, including the website at kingpg.win, all associated mobile interfaces, and all gaming services offered therein (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing the Platform, creating an account, or placing any bet or wager, you ("User," "Player," or "you") confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the kingpg Platform. Continued use of the Platform following any modification to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are supplemented by kingpg's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference and form part of this agreement.

2. Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

The kingpg Platform is strictly for individuals aged 21 years or older, in accordance with Philippine regulations governing online gaming and casino operations. kingpg reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. If a User is found to be under the age of 21, their account will be immediately suspended, all winnings forfeited, and any deposited funds returned to the payment method of origin.

2.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility

The Platform is directed at players located in the Philippines. It is the sole responsibility of each User to ensure that access to and use of the Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. Users accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited do so at their own risk and in violation of these Terms.

2.3 One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on kingpg. The creation of multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access the full features of the kingpg Platform, Users must register an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information including their legal full name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. Users must maintain and update this information as necessary to keep it accurate and complete.

3.2 Account Security

Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials, including their username and password. kingpg will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to a User's account resulting from the User's failure to secure their credentials. You must notify kingpg immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

kingpg operates under Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations consistent with PAGCOR-compliant frameworks. Users may be required to submit government-issued identification documents, proof of address, and payment method verification before withdrawals above specified thresholds are processed. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in withdrawal delays or account restrictions.

3.4 Account Accuracy

Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during the use of the Platform is grounds for immediate account termination and legal action where appropriate.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

kingpg accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, QR Ph, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, InstaPay, and 7-Eleven over-the-counter payments. All transactions are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP). Minimum deposit amounts apply and are displayed at the point of transaction.

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to applicable KYC verification. Withdrawals to GCash and Maya are typically processed within 10 minutes of approval. kingpg reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times. Withdrawals may not be made until any applicable wagering requirements attached to bonus funds have been satisfied.

4.3 Currency

All account balances, deposits, withdrawals, and wagering on the kingpg Platform are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱). kingpg does not accept foreign currency deposits and is not responsible for any currency conversion fees imposed by third-party payment providers.

4.4 Transaction Fees

kingpg does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment providers including GCash and partner banks may impose their own fees, for which kingpg bears no responsibility.

5. Betting Rules

All bets placed on the kingpg Platform are subject to the specific game rules applicable to each product category, including but not limited to: live casino table games, online slots, bingo, and fishing games. These game-specific rules are displayed within each game interface and form part of these Terms by reference.

• Bets, once confirmed, cannot be cancelled or modified by the User unless explicitly permitted by the applicable game rules.
• kingpg reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, placed as a result of a system malfunction, or placed in circumstances constituting abuse of the Platform.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface. These limits may be changed by kingpg at any time without prior notice.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live game session, bets already confirmed and accepted by the system will stand. Pending bets may be voided at kingpg's discretion.
• All game outcomes on kingpg are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for electronic games, and by real-time human dealers for live casino products. kingpg does not manipulate game outcomes.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

kingpg offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds, and expiry periods. General bonus conditions include:

• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds and must satisfy applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• Only one bonus may be active per account at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• kingpg reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Players who have already claimed an active bonus will be subject to the terms in force at the time of claiming.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, colluding with other players, or using prohibited betting strategies — will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and potential account termination.
• kingpg's decisions regarding bonus eligibility and wagering compliance are final.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the kingpg Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action:

• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age or are excluded from gambling.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scrapers, or any non-human access mechanisms to interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in any game or Platform feature. Any such vulnerability must be reported to [email protected] immediately.
• Colluding with other players or engaging in any form of match-fixing, chip dumping, or coordinated wagering strategies.
• Using the Platform to launder money or engage in any activity that violates Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines) or any applicable law.
• Attempting to charge back, reverse, or dispute any deposit made to your kingpg account after wagering has occurred.
• Impersonating any other person or entity, or providing false identity information during registration or KYC verification.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the kingpg Platform — including but not limited to the kingpg brand name and logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of kingpg or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not permit Users to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of kingpg.

9. Privacy & Data

kingpg collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on kingpg, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

kingpg implements industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption to protect User data. However, no method of electronic transmission is entirely secure, and kingpg cannot guarantee absolute data security.

kingpg may share User data with regulatory authorities including PAGCOR, law enforcement agencies, and licensed third-party payment processors as required by applicable law or contractual obligation. kingpg does not sell User data to third parties for marketing purposes.

10. Responsible Gaming

kingpg is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimising the risk of problem gambling. As part of this commitment, kingpg provides all registered users with the following tools, accessible from the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly caps on the amount that may be deposited into your account.
• Session Time Reminders: Automated notifications reminding players of the duration of their current gaming session.
• Self-Exclusion: The ability to voluntarily exclude yourself from the Platform for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days) or permanently. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, kingpg shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

kingpg's total aggregate liability to any User for any cause of action arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

kingpg does not warrant that the Platform will be available, uninterrupted, or error-free at all times. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen technical issues may result in temporary unavailability of some or all Platform features.

12. Termination

kingpg reserves the right to suspend or terminate any User account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the event of a breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, regulatory requirement, or any other reason kingpg deems sufficient. Upon termination for cause, all bonus balances will be forfeited. Real-money balances may be withheld pending investigation where fraud is suspected.

Users may close their kingpg account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any outstanding withdrawable balance will be returned to the User's registered payment method following completion of KYC verification.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Where applicable, kingpg operates in accordance with regulations issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) and complies with all applicable Philippine legislation including the Anti-Money Laundering Act (RA 9160), the Data Privacy Act (RA 10173), and Republic Act No. 9287 relating to illegal gambling.

14. Amendments to These Terms

kingpg reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, kingpg will provide reasonable notice via email or a prominent in-Platform notification. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the kingpg Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
